ABSTRAK
Kecamatan Sindangasih merupakan pemekaran dari Kecamatan Pasar Kemis dan Kecamatan Rajeg.wilayah Kecamatan Pasar Kemis dengan melihat tingkat kebutuhan pembangunan desa untuk masyarakat yang semakin tinggi, sehingga diperlukan pemekaran sebagai solusi. Maka kemudian dibentuklah Kecamatan baru dengan nama Kecamatan Sindangasih.Dalam pembangunan desa Sindangasih masih belum bisa di terapkan di semua bagian.Karna dana Desa sangatlah sulit untuk di ketahui oleh masyarakat digunakan oleh apa dan untuk apa?, oleh kelurahan desa Sindanasih.Sehingga sering terjadi kebocoran dana desa yang salah penyalurannya dalam kegiatan pembangunan, sehingga masyarakat tidak mengetahuinya.Dari permasalahan tersebut harus di bangun sebuah sistem yang berbasis website secara online sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui penerapan dana desa untuk pembangunan.Dengan metode rancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk membangun sistem, serta bahasa pemograman Personal Home Pages (PHP).Sehingga dapat merancang bangun sistem informasi pembangunan desa dengan anggaran batuan dana desa untuk kesejahteraan Masayarakt desa Sindangasih.

ABSTRACT
Sindangasih District is a division of Pasar Kemis District and Rajeg District. The area of Pasar Kemis District by looking at the level of village development needs for the community is getting higher, so an expansion is needed as a solution. So then a new sub-district was formed with the name Sindangasih District. In the development of Sindangasih village it still cannot be implemented in all sections. Because village funds are very difficult to know by the community what they are used for and for what?, by the village of Sindangasih village. So leaks often occur Village funds are distributed incorrectly in development activities, so the community does not know about it. From these problems, an online website-based system must be built so that the community can find out about the application of village funds for development. Using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method to build the system, as well as the Personal Home Pages (PHP) programming language. So that it can design and build a village development information system with a budget of village funds for the welfare of the people of Sindangasih village.
