ABSTRACT

The government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, is speaking out to the higher education community so that they can participate together in realizing the ideals of the nation. With the support of facilities from the government, a smart nation with digital talents with local wisdom can soon be recognized in our homeland. The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Education Flagship Program will be implemented with Indonesian local wisdom ecosystems, with additional government support and strategic partnerships from within and outside the country, to contribute positively to accelerating the achievement of Indonesia's Smart Nation. The impact of limited infrastructure, human resources, and curriculum are one of the causes of the lack of students who have practical skills in the field of Digital Business. The establishment of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Education Excellence (AIMEE) program is to accelerate digitized Business education and research and develop an ecosystem with Indonesian local wisdom. The method used in this research is the Agile Scrum software development method and the Indicator Measurement Factor Analysis (IMF) method. With the creation of the AIMEE platform and ecosystem, it is hoped that it can support the RIRN 2017-2045 mission of creating an innovative Indonesian society based on science and technology.
