ABSTRAK

Buku "3D Printing" adalah sebuah panduan menarik tentang pemodelan 3D dan proses desain yang berfokus pada teknologi desain menggunakan perangkat komputer (Computer Aided Design). Metode pembahasan dan contoh aplikasi kasusnya mencakup beragam bidang desain teknik dan pemodelan yang digunakan dalam inovasi teknologi. Dengan melibatkan Autodesk Inventor dan Adobe Illustrator, buku ini memberikan panduan lengkap dalam finishing dan teknik pemodelan 3D maupun desain 2D yang dapat dikonversi menjadi 3D. Fleksibilitas buku ini membuatnya sesuai untuk semua kalangan dan mencerminkan aspirasi para desainer dalam berbagai bidang pekerjaan. Setelah membaca buku ini, pembaca akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan profesional secara efisien menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor untuk menciptakan 3D Modeling, finishing, teknik rendering, dan Adobe Illustrator untuk desain 2D yang dapat diubah menjadi desain 3D. Buku ini juga mengulas pentingnya seni rupa berdimensi tiga, mencakup lukisan, patung, grafis, instalasi, dan seni media. Berbagai teknik dan media digunakan dalam menciptakan karya seni rupa, mulai dari cat, pensil, arang, hingga bahan-bahan modern seperti digital dan multimedia. Untuk menciptakan karya seni rupa yang berkualitas, pemahaman tentang unsur-unsur desain grafis dan prinsip-prinsip penataan unsur desain 3D menjadi krusial. Buku ini menyajikan pembahasan mendalam mengenai unsur-unsur seni rupa dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah dipahami. Dengan demikian, "Buku 3D Printing" adalah panduan komprehensif yang menggabungkan ilmu teknis pemodelan 3D dengan keindahan seni rupa. Buku ini memenuhi kebutuhan para desainer dalam menghadapi tantangan desain dan seni rupa modern.

ABSTRACT

The book "3D Printing" is an intriguing guide on 3D modeling and design processes that focus on design technology using computer-aided design (CAD). The discussions and case study examples encompass various fields of engineering design and modeling utilized in technological innovations. By involving Autodesk Inventor and Adobe Illustrator, this book provides a comprehensive guide to finishing and 3D modeling techniques as well as converting 2D designs into 3D. The flexibility of this book makes it suitable for all audiences and reflects the aspirations of designers in various professional fields. After reading this book, readers will efficiently gain professional knowledge and skills using Autodesk Inventor software to create 3D models, perform finishing touches, rendering techniques, and use Adobe Illustrator for 2D designs that can be transformed into 3D. The book also delves into the importance of three-dimensional visual art, encompassing painting, sculpture, graphics, installations, and media art. Various techniques and media are used to create visual art, ranging from traditional tools like paint, pencils, and charcoal to modern materials like digital and multimedia. To create high-quality visual art, understanding the elements of graphic design and the principles of arranging 3D design elements is crucial. This book offers an in-depth discussion of the elements of visual art in an engaging and easily understandable manner. Thus, "3D Printing" is a comprehensive guide that combines technical knowledge of 3D modeling with the beauty of visual art. This book caters to the needs of designers facing the challenges of modern design and visual art.
