ABSTRAK

Menurut Undang-Undang No.11 Tahun 2019 mengenai Sistem Nasional Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi menjadi landasan pembangunan Iptek nasional secara keseluruhan. Bagi dunia pendidikan, paper ilmiah merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam perkembangan keilmuan. Saat ini civitas akademik dituntut untuk memiliki kualitas lebih dalam hal penulisan. Tetapi, faktor utama dari Civitas akademik dituntut untuk memiliki kualitas artikel yang baik dengan persentase plagiat dengan jumlah seminimal mungkin. Praktik penjiplakan atau plagiat yang sering terjadi khususnya pada kasus artikel ilmiah ini menimbulkan banyaknya artikel di kalangan civitas akademik yang memiliki tingkat plagiarism cukup tinggi. Upaya peningkatan soft kill penulisan terus dilakukan dengan dukungan baik dari program pemerintah maupun penyelenggaraan pelatihan dari organisasi yang terkait. Dalam upaya kegiatan CPPBT PT ini, penulis berupaya memberikan hasil dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mendorong dan menghasilkan pengembangan produk inovasi dalam bidang teknologi, berupa penerapan Platform ABN yang didalamnya terdapat layanan penerbitan jurnal hasil conference maupun proceedings dan mengadopsi teknologi revolusioner blockchain berupa layanan Authentivash, untuk menjamin pengembangan yang unggul secara spesifik yang dapat menunjang proses pengecekan paper ilmiah untuk menciptakan sebuah hasil yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan reputasi internasional. ABN adalah sistem berbasis Content Management System (CMS) yang dibangun pada Inkubasi bisnis, yaitu Alphabet Incubator untuk melakukan kegiatan proses pembinaan, pelayanan, pendampingan, pembimbingan, dan mengembangkan reputasi paper ilmiah. Penerapan Platform ABN ini diilustrasikan dalam bentuk Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang akan dipadukan dengan unsur entertainment yang diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan soft skill penulisan secara menyenangkan yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. ABN juga memiliki partner untuk mendukung nilai tambah Invensi pada produk, yaitu bersama Asosiasi Dosen Indonesia, Big Indonesia, Vexanium, Vizidox, Ngampooz. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah adanya implementasi terhadap prototyping ABN sebagai media pelatihan penulisan paper ilmiah secara online guna mewujudkan creative innovation di Era 4.0.

ABSTRACT

According to Law No.11 of 2019 on the National System of Science and Technology becomes the foundation of the development of national science and technology as a whole. For the world of education, scientific paper is one of the important indicators in the development of science. Nowadays, academic community is required to have more quality in terms of writing. However, the main factor of academic Civitas is required to have good article quality with a minimum percentage of plagiarism. The practice of plagiarization or plagiarism that often occurs especially in the case of scientific articles is causing a large number of articles among the academic community that have a fairly high level of plagiarism. Efforts to improve writing soft skills continue to be carried out with the support of both government programs and the implementation of training from related organizations. In this CPPBT PT activity effort, the author seeks to provide results and community service that encourages and produces innovation product development in the field of technology, in the form of the application of the ABN Platform in which there are journal publishing services resulting from conferences and proceedings and adopts revolutionary blockchain technology in the form of Authentivash services, to ensure specific superior development that can support the process of checking scientific papers to create better results and improve international reputation. ABN is a Content Management System (CMS) based system built on business incubation, namely Alphabet Incubator to conduct coaching, service, mentoring, mentoring, and scientific paper reputation activities. The implementation of ABN Platform is illustrated in the form of Business Model Canvas (BMC) which will be combined with entertainment elements that are expected to be able to help the community in carrying out training activities to improve soft writing skills in a fun way that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. ABN also has partners to support the added value of Inventions on products, namely together with the Association of Indonesian Lecturers, Big Indonesia, Vexanium, Vizidox, Ngampooz. The final result of this research is the implementation of ABN prototyping as a training media for writing scientific papers online in order to realize creative innovation in Era 4.0.
