ABSTRAK

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak buruk terhadap segala aspek terutama civitas akademik di perguruan tinggi. Dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan penelitian di dunia khususnya pada penerbitan jurnal elektronik (E-Journal) diperlukan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas publikasi ilmiah sebagai bentuk kesiapan menghadapi perubahan dalam tatanan normal baru. Berdasarkan Permenristekdikti Nomor 20 Tahun 2017 tentang salah satu hasil yang diharapkan dari publikasi ilmiah yaitu meningkatnya peringkat daya saing Indonesia pada publikasi ilmiah di tingkat internasional. Pengelolaan manajemen sistem E-Journal di Indonesia dituntut untuk dapat cepat beradaptasi dan menciptakan inovasi dalam manajemen E-Journal serta senantiasa memelihara kepercayaan dari penulis dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik sehingga dapat memenangkan persaingan terhadap penerbit jurnal lainnya. Dengan adanya solusi yang tepat maka diharapkan kinerja tim dalam pengelola jurnal agar lebih efektif dan efisien maka kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pengelolaan jurnal berlangsung dapat secara cepat diatasi. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem atau manajemen proyek untuk menghadapi perubahan requirement yang sulit dikendalikan serta menunjukkan transformasi manajemen proyek selama proses penerbitan E-Journal di Indonesia, sehingga dapat menjadi media publikasi jurnal yang memiliki kualitas unggul. Inovasi manajemen E-Journal dengan sumber data berdasarkan salah satu E-Journal di bidang penelitian yang dikaitkan dengan implementasi metode Agile dengan kerangka kerja Scrumban sebagai dasar analisis penelitian serta metode Indicator Measurement Factor Analysis (IMF) dan hilirisasi ATM menggunakan strategi Business Model Canvas (BMC), menjadi nilai lebih dalam penerapannya dan akan dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic has an adverse impact on all aspects, especially academic civitas in universities. In the development of science and research in the world, especially in the publication of electronic journals (E-Journal) needed a strategy to optimize the quality of scientific publications as a form of readiness to face changes in the new normal order. Based on Permenristekdikti No. 20 of 2017 on one of the expected results of scientific publications, namely the increasing competitiveness rating of Indonesia in scientific publications at the international level. Management of E-Journal system management in Indonesia is required to be able to quickly adapt and create innovations in the management of E-Journal and always maintain the trust of the author and provide the best service so as to win competition against other journal publishers. With the right solution, it is expected that the performance of the team in the journal manager to be more effective and efficient, the obstacles faced during the journal management process can be quickly overcome. Therefore, a system or project management is needed to deal with changes in requirements that are difficult to control and show the transformation of project management during the E-Journal publishing process in Indonesia, so that it can become a medium of journal publications that have superior quality. E-Journal management innovation with data source based on one of the E-Journal in the field of research associated with the implementation of Agile method with Scrumban framework as the basis of research analysis as well as Indicator Measurement Factor Analysis (IMF) method and ATM downstream using Business Model Canvas (BMC) strategy, become more value in its implementation and will be developed continuously.
