<div style="font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'times new roman';text-align: justify;"><p style="line-height: 1"> PT Care Spunbond adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kemasan plastik pelindung yang memproduksi nonwoven spunbond atau kain furing atau laken yang dapat diaplikasikan sebagai Bags and Packaging (Tas promosi, Seminar, Ransel, Trolly), Agriculture, Indutrial Use, Personal Care and House Hold (Adult Diapers and Baby Diapers) dan Medikal Use yang berkualitas dengan merk dagang SpunTEX. Penerbitan Invoice yang sedang berjalan saat ini pada PT Care Spunbond masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem yang berjalan masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu sistem tidak memiliki reminder piutang, sistem belum bisa memberikan informasi mengenai history pembayaran invoice dari customer dan masih terjadinya kesalahan pada saat pembuatan laporan pembayaran piutang. Dengan permasalahan yang ada, maka peneliti mengusulkan sistem, menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Perancangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan user interface menggunakan Notepad++. Sistem yang di usulkan dapat memudahkan user dalam penerbitan Invoice karena adanya sistem reminder jatuh tempo, mempermudah user dalam menginformasikan tanggal pembayaran customer dan pembuatan laporan bisa dibuat secara otomatis dengan memasukkan periode pembayaran. </p></div>

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode seperti observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi pustaka sebagai metode pengambilan data, dan menggunakan analisis sistem yaitu PIECES. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah sistem informasi inventory barang berbasis website yang mampu membantu mempermudah proses kerja inventory barang mulai dari pencatatan data, maupun pembuatan laporan. </p></div>

ABSTRAKSI

Pada zaman globalisasi seperti saat ini, kehidupan manusia tidak lepas dari pengaruh teknologi, perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju membuat distribusi informasi jadi lebih cepat dan real time, hampir semua pekerjaan yang dilakukan manusia kini melibatkan penggunaan teknologi. Sistem yang dapat diakses dari mana saja atau berbasis Online dan hasil informasi yang real time, menjadi sebuah kunci utama dalam hal efektifitas, kebutuhan manusia akan kecepatan proses dan informasi yang akurat membuat banyak instansi melakukan inovasi ataupun upgrade terhadap sistem pengolahan data yang dimiliki.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sistem inventory barang yang diterapkan oleh RSUD Kota Tangerang, melihat permasalahan yang terjadi, mengenai metode pencatatan data yang kurang efektif di era globalisasi seperti saat ini, dan peneliti akan membuat sebuah sistem inventoy barang yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode seperti observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi pustaka sebagai metode pengambilan data, dan menggunakan analisis sistem yaitu PIECES. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah sistem informasi inventory barang berbasis website yang mampu membantu mempermudah proses kerja inventory barang mulai dari pencatatan data, maupun pembuatan laporan.

Kata kunci : Sistem Inventory barang, Sistem Penyimpanan Barang.

Systems that can be accessed from anywhere or based on online and real-time information results are the main keys in terms of effectiveness, the human need for speed of processing and accurate information makes many agencies innovate or upgrade their data processing systems. This study is to analyze the inventory system of goods implemented by the Tangerang City Hospital, see the problems that occur, regarding the data recording methods that are less effective in the current era of globalization, and researchers will create an inventory system that is more effective and efficient.
