ABSTRAK

Invoice merupakan surat tagihan resmi dari perusahaan yang ditujukan untuk pelanggan yang berisi barang taupun jasa, qty dan jumlah harga sesuai dengan purchase order. Kecepatan dalam pembuatan invoice pun diperlukan agar surat tagihan dapat segera diterima oleh pelanggan, namun masih banyak perusahaan yang membuat invoice secara manual. Karena pembuatan invoice masih secara manual maka invoice pun rentan terhadap kesalahan dalam pengetikan dan hilang nya data transaksi pelanggan. Dalam hal ini, tentu diperlukan adanya sebuah solusi agar pembuatan invoice ini menjadi lebih mudah, efisien untuk menghindari kesalahan-kesalahan yang tadi penulis sebutkan. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemodelan yaitu unified modeling language (UML) dengan diagram use casediagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan entity relationship diagram (ERD) dengan harapan sistem informasi e-invoice berbasis web yang digunakan sebagai pembuatan invoice yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat menambah kecepatan dalam membuat invoice dan hasilnya lebih akurat.

ABSTRACT

Invoice is an official invoice from the company intended for customers containing goods or services, qty and total price according to the purchase order. Speed in making invoices is also needed so that invoices can be immediately received by customers, but there are still many companies that make invoices manually. Because the invoice creation is still done manually, the invoice is also prone to typing errors and the loss of customer transaction data. In this case, it is certainly necessary to have a solution so that making this invoice becomes easier, more efficient to avoid the mistakes that the author mentioned earlier. In making a web-based information system using a modeling language, namely the unified modeling language (UML) with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and entity relationship diagrams (ERD) with the hope that a web-based e-invoice information system used as a computerized invoice creation can add speed in making invoices and the results are more accurate.
