ABSTRAK
PT.Yuasa Battery Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri Aki Motor dan Mobil yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa unit bagian salah satunya Kopkar (Koperasi Karyawan). Koperasi dalam suatu perusahaan sangat membantu bagi karyawan seperti untuk penyimpanan uang, simpan pinjam dan keperluan lainnya. Sehingga membantu bagi admin dalam mengelola keuangan karyawan. Akan tetapi untuk saat ini permasalahan yang dihadapi dibagian koperasi dalam rekapitulasi yang dilakukan oleh bendahara koperasi yang berjalan saat ini untuk laporan keuangan masih berjalan dengan sistem yang manual berupa pecatatan pembukuan yang dilakukan oleh bendahara yang berisi data-data anggota koperasi dan rekapitulasi tersebut selanjutnya diinput ke dalam ‘’file excel’’ yang berisi rekapitulasi laporan keuangan dan akan diserahkan kepada sekretaris dan ketua berupa ‘’’print out’’ dari ‘’file excel’’ yang telah direkapitulasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi pada bagian koperasi dalam pengelolaan data simpan pinjam bagi nasabah koperasi dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis ‘’website’’. Manfaatnya adalah agar membantu bagian koperasi dalam pengelolaan laporangan keuangan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis ‘’website’’. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Dengan peneliti menggunakan analisis sistem yaitu PIECES. Analisis PIECES memiliki 6 (enam) indikator yang terdiri dari (‘’Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency dan Service’’). Rancangan sistem tersebut menggunakan software penunjang perancangan sistem yaitu PHP, MySQL dan XAMMP. Dengan merancang sistem berbasis ‘’website ‘’tersebut maka dapat memberikan kemudahan agar laporan keuangan pada bagian koperasi di PT. Yuasa Battery dapat berjalan lebih baik.

ABSTRACT
PT. Yuasa Battery Indonesia as one of the companies engaged in the Motorcycle and Car Battery industry in which there are several units, one of which is Kopkar (Employee Cooperative). Cooperatives in a company are very helpful for employees such as for saving money, saving loans and other purposes. So that it helps admins in managing employee finances. However, for now the problems faced by the cooperative section in the recapitulation carried out by the cooperative treasurer which is currently running for financial reports are still running with a manual system in the form of bookkeeping carried out by the treasurer which contains data on cooperative members and the recapitulation is then inputted into in an excel file containing a recapitulation of financial statements and will be submitted to the secretary and chairman in the form of a print out of the recapitulated excel file. The purpose of this research is to provide a solution for the cooperative in managing savings and loan data for cooperative customers by using a website-based information system. The benefit is to assist the cooperative in managing financial reports by using a website-based information system. This study uses data collection methods such as observation methods, interview methods and literature study methods. The researchers used system analysis, namely PIECES. PIECES analysis has 6 (six) indicators consisting of (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service). The system design uses software supporting system design, namely PHP, MySQL and XAMMP. By designing a website-based system, it can provide convenience for the financial statements of the cooperative at PT. Yuasa Battery can run better.
