ABSTRAK
Uji kompetensi adalah salah satu metode yang sering di pakai di berbagai sector Pendidikan begitu juga di sekolah, gua mengasah keahlian para siswa/siswi di sekolah. Uji kompetensi SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang sangat membutuhkan hadirnya sebuah website guna membantu ginerja para guru untuk penilaian dan pendataan siswa/siswi, mengingat jumlah siswa/siswi di SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang ini sangat banyak jadi di perlukan Sistem pengolahan data uji kompetensi SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang, Sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pengolahan data siswa/siswi, pengolahan hasil uji kompetensi, proses pembagian hasil ujian dan pendataan hadir peserta, serta sampai pada pembuatan laporan. Dikarenakan alur sistem yang berjalan tersebut, ada kemungkinan terjadi berbagai macam masalah pada saat proses pengolahan data, diantaranya terjadi kesalahan pada pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Dengan permasalahan yang ada, maka penulis mengusulkan prototype system penilaian berbasis website untuk peserta uji kompetensi pada SMK Negri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa PIECES. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP. Disini peneliti berharap pada rancangan yang peneliti usulkan ini agar bisa diterima dan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada, dan lagi peneliti berharap dengan adanya website uji kompetensi, sistem pengolahan data yang berjalan saat ini menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT
Competency testing is one method that is often used in various education sectors as well as in schools, I hone the skills of students at school. Competency test of SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang really needs the presence of a website to help the performance of teachers for the assessment and data collection of students, considering the number of students in SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang is very much so in need of a data processing system for the competency test of SMKN 2 Kab. Tangerang, the current system is still done manually, starting from processing student data, processing competency test results, sharing test results and collecting participant attendance data, as well as making reports. Due to the current system flow, there may be various kinds of problems during the data processing process, including errors in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. With the existing problems, the authors propose a prototype website-based assessment system for competency test participants at SMK Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency. Data collection methods used in conducting this research are observation, interviews and literature study, while the analytical method used is PIECES analysis. System design using object-oriented analysis method with Unified Modeling Language (UML), programming language using PHP. Here, the researcher hopes that the design that the researcher proposes can be accepted and help solve the existing problems, and again the researchers hope that with the competency test website, the current data processing system will be more effective and efficient and the system for borrowing and returning books is now easier. conducive compared to the previous system.
