ABSTRAK
Berlandaskan Surat Edaran Menteri Komunikasi Dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyediaan Layanan Aplikasi Dan/Atau Konten Melalui Internet (Over The Top) tepatnya pada Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 Nomor 58, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4843). Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, khususnya komputasi yang berbasis teknologi internet saat ini mendorong munculnya berbagai teknologi khususnya aplikasi-aplikasi yang berbasis internet. Magic Rey Studio adalah media pembelajaran yang berputar yaitu Magic Board, yang semula hanya whiteboard biasa, sekarang diubah menjadi whiteboard akrilik yang diterangi oleh LED strip, tidak hanya fokus pada bahan ajar, alat peraga juga harus menggunakan YouTube platform yang digunakan untuk menyelenggarakan kursus video yang selalu dapat dilihat dan diulang setiap saat. Website reservasi jadwal ruangan MRS yang digunakan untuk memudahkan pengguna mengetahui jadwal ruangan MRS yang kosong, untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan proses reservasi jadwal ruangan MRS tanpa harus datang langsung ke ruangan MRS. Website ini diimplementasikan dengan framework Codeigniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Website ini dapat digunakan oleh 2 pengguna, yaitu admin dan pengguna. Admin dapat melakukan olah data jadwal reservasi dan users management sedangkan Pengguna dapat melakukan reservasi, melihat informasi jadwal ruangan MRS yang kosong, maupun yang sudah melakukan reservasi.

ABSTRACT
Based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2016 concerning the Provision of Application Services and/or Content Through the Internet (Over The Top), precisely in Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2008 Number 58, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4843). With the rapid development of technology, especially internet technology-based computing, it is currently encouraging the emergence of various technologies, especially internet-based applications. Magic Rey Studio is a rotating learning media, namely Magic Board, which was originally just an ordinary whiteboard, is now converted into an acrylic whiteboard illuminated by LED strips, not only focusing on teaching materials, teaching aids must also use the YouTube platform which is used to organize video courses which always viewable and repeatable at any time. The MRS room schedule reservation website is used to make it easier for users to find out the empty MRS room schedule, to provide convenience in making the reservation process for the MRS room schedule without having to come directly to the MRS room. This website is implemented with Codeigniter framework, PHP programming language, MySQL database as data storage media. This website can be used by 2 users, namely admin and user. Admin can process reservation schedule data and users management while users can make reservations, view schedule information for empty MRS rooms, or those who have made reservations.
