| + | <p style="line-height: 1">Sistem administrasi pelayanan masyarakat pada instansi pemerintah seperti di kantor desa Kemiri Kecamatan Kemiri yang saat ini belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi. Karena pada sistem yang berjalan, penduduk yang mengajukan surat untuk kelengkapan administrasi, menggunakan aplikasi Ms.Word/Ms.Excel. Sistem yang berjalan tentu saja mempunyai banyak kelemahan diantaranya dalam melakukan kegiatan <em>human eror</em>, manajemen file, dan mengakibatkan lamanya proses dalam pencarian maupun pembuatan surat pengantar serta laporan yang dibutuhkan. Metode analisa yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisa PIECES (<em>Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service),</em> untuk metode perancangan modelnya menggunakan UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>), konsep perancangan yang digunakan yaitu MVC <em>(model-View-Controller), </em>Model untuk perancangan menggunakan OOP <em>(Object, Oriented, Programming)</em>sedangkan untuk bahasa pemrogramannya digunakan bahasa PHP, HTML, CSS,<em> Javascript</em>, yang menggunakan aplikasi Notepad++ sebagai <em>code editor</em>, untuk <em>framework</em> PHP yang digunakan yaitu <em>Bootstrap</em> dan dalam pembuatan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi surat berbasis web pada Kantor Kepala Desa Kemiri yang dapat diakses menggunakan <em>browser</em> komputer lokal. Dengan demikian akan menghasilkan informasi surat dan penduduk yang mengajukan surat yang dapat bermanfaat bagi Kantor Kepala Desa Kemiri karena lebih efektif dan efisin.</p></div> | ||

ABSTRAK
Sistem administrasi pelayanan masyarakat pada instansi pemerintah seperti di kantor desa Kemiri Kecamatan Kemiri yang saat ini belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi. The administration system of community services in government agencies such as the Kemiri village office in Kemiri District, which currently does not have a computerized and integrated system.
