ABSTRAK

Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko berdasarkan Pasal 149 (5), Analisis tingkat resiko kegiatan usaha termasuk izin usaha pada subsektor Sistem Elektronik Berbasis Risiko dan Penyelenggaraan Transaksi, menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan Usaha terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi Blockchain. Teknologi Blockchain sendiri diyakini dapat membantu meminimalkan risiko korupsi data dan sejenisnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan teknologi Blockchain pada aset digital e-journal. Keamanan aset digital masih dipertanyakan, dan keaslian dan validitas data palsu, dan adanya duplikat data, adalah beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi aset digital. Blockchain diharapkan dapat mengatasi semua masalah tersebut. Dengan Blockchain, keamanan data lebih terjaga di e-journal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PIECES yang terdiri dari enam komponen yaitu Performance (Kinerja), Information (Informasi), Economics (ekonomi), Control (Pengendalian), Efficiency (Efisiensi), dan Service (Pelayanan). Alasan menggunakan analisis PIECES yaitu untuk memperbaiki performa dalam pengelolaan jurnal menjadi lebih baik, dan untuk mengurangi kesalahan dalam saat proses autentikasi dokumen. PIECES juga dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pengambilan keputusan untuk kedepannya. Peneliti juga dapat menggunakan Black-box testing untuk melihat apakah semua proses memenuhi semua kriteria yang dibutuhkan pengguna. Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT) penelitian ini sudah sampai skala 2 untuk tahun 1 dan 2. Dimana skala 2 tersebut adalah formulasi konsep teknologi dari observasi konsep dasar dimana pada skala 1 melakukan analisa sesuai riset yang ada. Luaran tahun I berupa 1 (satu) Luaran wajib yaitu Jurnal Internasional bereputasi Scopus serta 2 (dua) luaran tambahan yaitu Jurnal Internasional Prosiding dan Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi Sinta S2. Pada luaran tahun II berupa Jurnal Internasional bereputasi Scopus serta 2 (dua) luaran tambahan yaitu Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi Sinta S3.

ABSTRACT

Based on Presidential Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing based on Article 149, an analysis of the level of risk of business activities shows that Business Activities consist of several activities, one of them is Blockchain technology. Blockchain technology itself is believed to help minimize the risk of data corruption and the like. Therefore, this study aims to be able to apply Blockchain technology to e-journal digital assets. The security of digital assets is still questionable. The authenticity and validity of fake data and duplicate data are some of the problems that digital assets often face. Blockchain is expected to solve all these problems. With Blockchain, data security is better maintained in e-journals. The method used in this study uses PIECES analysis, which consists of six components: Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The reason for using PIECES analysis is to improve performance in managing journals for the better and reduce errors in the document authentication process. PIECES can also be used as a decision-making strategy for the future. Researchers can also use black-box testing to see if all processes meet all the criteria that users need. This study's Technological Readiness Level (TKT) has reached a scale of 2 for years 1 and 2. The second scale is the formulation of technology concepts from basic concept observations where on a scale of 1, perform an analysis according to existing research. The first-year output is in 1 (one) mandatory output, namely the Scopus Reputable International Journal and 2 (two) additional outputs, namely the Proceeding International Journal and the Sinta S2 Accredited National Journal. In the second year, the output was from a reputable International Journal of Scopus and 2 (two) additional outputs, namely the Sinta S3 Accredited National Journal.
