ABSTRAK
Surat menjadi keperluan untuk memberikan informasi kepada pihak-pihak terkait lainnya seperti keperluan yang berkaitan dengan data, administrasi, kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah atau masyarakat setempat. Sehingga diperlukan surat sebagai bahan permohonan agar informasi dapat diterima oleh elemen pemerintah atau kepada masyarakat.Kelurahan Pakualam adalah hasil dari pemekaran dari Desa Pakulonan Kecamatan Serpong berdasarkan surat keputusan Bupati Daerah Tingkat II Tangerang Nomor 141/SK.54-PEMDES Tahun 1993 Tanggal 10 April 1993. Mengingat saat ini sistem informasi sudah digunakan dalam instansi khususnya di Kantor Kelurahan maka agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu perancangan sistem informasi berbasis ‘’website’’ agar pengarsipan surat di Kantor Kelurahan Pakualam dapat dikelola secara baik sehingga pengarsipan surat masuk maupun keluar dapat seluruhnya dikelolah dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis ‘’website’’ tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan surat masuk maupun keluar pada bagian pengarsipan sudah berjalan efektif dan efisien kemudian manfaat dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar pada bagian pengarsipan berbasis ‘’website’’ agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Dengan peneliti menggunakan analisis sistem yaitu PIECES. Analisis PIECES memiliki 6 (enam) indikator yang terdiri dari (‘’Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency’’ dan ‘’Service’’). Rancangan sistem tersebut menggunakan ‘’software’’ penunjang perancangan sistem yaitu PHP, MySQL dan XAMMP. Dengan merancang sistem berbasis website maka akan memudahkan tertib administrasi kearsiapan agar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien pada Kantor Kelurahan Pakualam Kota Tangerang Selatan.

So that a letter is needed as an application material so that information can be received by elements of the government or to the community. Pakualam Village is the result of the expansion of Pakulonan Village, Serpong District based on the Decree of the Regent of Tangerang Level II Number 141/SK.54-PEMDES 1993 Dated April 10, 1993 Considering that currently the information system has been used in agencies, especially in the Kelurahan Office, in order to overcome these problems, a website-based information system design is needed so that the filing of letters at the Pakualam Village Office can be managed properly so that the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters can be managed entirely by using the system. web-based information. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the management of incoming and outgoing mail in the archiving section has been running effectively and efficiently. This study uses data collection methods such as observation methods, interview methods and literature study methods. The researchers used system analysis, namely PIECES. PIECES analysis has 6 (six) indicators consisting of (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service). The system design uses software supporting system design, namely PHP, MySQL and XAMMP. By designing a website-based system, it will facilitate the orderly administration of archives so that it can run effectively and efficiently at the Pakualam Village Office, South Tangerang City.
