ABSTRAKSI
Wabah penyakit Coronavirus (Covid-19) yang melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia saat ini, telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia yang berdampak sangat besar bagi perekonomian diberbagai sektor, khususnya dalam industri perhotelan di Indonesia. Berbagai macam cara telah dilakukan oleh pengusaha hotel, pengusaha pariwisata, asosiasi perhotelan serta pemerintah dalam mengurangi dampak kerugian bagi industri hotel terutama di Indonesia. Dalam fase new normal ini Penting bagi pelaku industri perhotelan untuk mengambil tindakan pencegahan penularan lebih lanjut serta mengurangi dampak wabah dan mendukung program pemerintah dalam menangani virus Corona dengan melaksanakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB). Dengan diberlakukannya new normal, secara garis besar tetap membatasi interaksi antar individu. Dalam upaya pencegahan, Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam bentuk video untuk memvisualisasikan aktivitas di area hotel selama era new normal. Dalam video tersebut meliputi kegiatan memakai masker, menghindari berjabat tangan, mencuci tangan dengan sabun, serta memakai hand sanitaizer. Adanya pembuatan video ini untuk menginformasikan agar masyarakat terutama pengunjung tidak perlu khawatir terhadap kebersihan yang ada di area hotel selama pandemi Covid-19 masih berlangsung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari Observasi, Wawancara, dan Studi Pustaka, Analisis perancangan media, dan Konsep Produksi media yang terdiri dari : pre-production, production, post-production, dan Implementasi Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah video penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana informasi, dan dokumentasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
PT. Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk. is a company engaged in the field of cable production. To produce a high-quality product, product quality control is needed. One form of product quality control is to do product testing carried out by inspectors in the quality control department. At present, the department of quality control has not fully used computerized technology. One of them is in the product testing system. Currently, in determining the quality of finished products and making test reports are still manual or not computerized, this raises several obstacles including missing or damaged test reports that are stored, difficulties when searching for test reports, and errors when determining product quality. In determining the quality of a product required high accuracy. To answer these needs, we need a decision support system for web-based cable product quality control. In designing the system ASP.Net is used as a programming language and SQL Server as a database. The design method uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), while the problem analysis method uses the fishbone diagram method. In developing this application the RAD (Rapid Application Diagram) method is used. At the implementation stage, the application testing is carried out using the BlackBox method. With this system can support the effectiveness and accuracy in making test reports and determining product quality, because it can process test data so that the results are more accurate and more integrated test report management. Besides, the existence of a computerized system can save the use of paper to be more environmentally friendly.
