<i>Based on the analysis carried out, attendance on the PT Sintech Berkah Abadi are still manual. Where the attendance was a form that needs to be filled by employees when employees come and go home. While the form filled out by the employee will then be collected in the appropriate admin each piece to the reports to HRD. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to change employee absences system manuals into digital. To change the manual systems into a digital system then needs to capitalize on the local network or LAN use. As well as this system will implement a system of attendance online-based android smartphone in order to simplify and accelerate in the absent employee. By leveraging the use of local network or LAN expected attendance system used by employees is made easier and structured. With the online attendance system, employees and companies would be it helpful in problems of absence and make reports will be more easily and beautifully clean. In this study there are two principal problems, three (3) research purposes, four (4) the benefits of the research. Also explained about the relevant data collection methods include namely the methods of observation, study of literature are used, as well as four (4) methods of analysis. And described UML to describe systems that are running as well as the design of the prototype will be built. Author of getting research results that can be used as online attendance system alternative problem solving in optimizing existing attendance system in the company, so employees and the company will be comfortable in doing attendance reports as well as related to the company's data.</i></div>

Often the value becomes an obstacle for both the teacher and homeroom teacher. Processing the value of report cards conducted in SMK PGRI 2 Tangerang still use semi computerization, which is using Microsoft Excel. Computer technology is needed to facilitate the processing of school administration to support the application system whose content is the processing of student report cards. Computers can store data more safely and can provide fast information so that administrative services student raport value can be processed more easily and produce accurate data. With the system of computerized report processing value is expected to be effective and efficient. This is done to facilitate the teacher lessons in inputting values ​​and facilitate the guardian class in obtaining the incoming value of each student who have taken the exam, either repeat examination, midterm exam or final exam semester.Dimana results processing historynya value is still stored for processing at the end of the semester that can be accountable to the final report of the students at the time of printing the results of their Raport.Dan also be shown to parents who want to see the state of their child's value during the semester.</i></div>

ABSTRAKSI

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini menggugah para pelaku dunia pendidikan untuk memanfaatkan perkembangan tersebut sebagai suatu sarana pengolahan data informasi secara cepat, tepat, akurat dan sistematis. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang, maka saran dan prasarana dalam dunia pendidikan harus dikembangkan dan harus mengikuti perkembangan. Salah satu media komputerisasi yaitu perkembangan internet. Pendidikan adalah Sumber daya untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) melalui kegiatan pengajaran. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan disekolah yaitu pengolahan nilai. Nilai adalah salah satu hasil kegiatan belajar siswa selama proses belajar. Sering sekali nilai menjadi hambatan tersendiri baik itu guru dan wali kelas. Pengolahan nilai raport yang dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 Tangerang masih menggunakan semi komputerisasi, yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Teknologi komputer sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah pengolahan administrasi sekolah guna mendukung sistem aplikasi yang isinya proses pengolahan nilai raport siswa. Komputer dapat menyimpan data lebih aman dan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat sehingga pelayanan administrasi nilai raport siswa dapat diproses lebih mudah dan menghasilkan data yang akurat. Dengan adanya sistem pengolahan nilai raport secara terkomputerisasi diharapkan dapat efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah guru pelajaran dalam penginputan nilai serta mempermudah wali kelas dalam memperoleh nilai yang masuk dari tiap siswa-siswi yang sudah mengikuti ujian,baik ujian ulangan, ujian tengah semester maupun ujian akhir semester.Dimana hasil pengolahan nilai historynya masih tersimpan untuk diproses pada akhir semester yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan dilaporan akhir siswa-siswi pada saat pencetakan hasil Raport mereka.Dan ini juga dapat di tunjukan kepada orang tua murid yang ingin melihat keadaan nilai anak mereka yang selama semester.
