ABSTRACT
As the development of the times and the technology at the College at this time is very fast growing. The role of intellectual capital is becoming very important and strategic management articles to achieve competitive advantage. So in producing a system that must be consumed by the public should give the idea that beneficial, it is becoming an important element in the College functioned to help manage intellectual capital in the managerial decision-making process in order to improve the performance of the College. This research aims to implement a system to support user performance system towards a more competitive through a system of planning, measuring and improving performance-based intellectual capital. One is the Viewboard system in the Raharja College website is Widuri. The use of Viewboard on aMediawiki-based Thistle on information technology aims to design, measure, manage and develop intellectual capital, inter alia in the form of knowledge, skills and expertise of human resources Raharja College The use of key performance indicatorsanalyzed Raharja College to meet the quality standards at competitive Colleges. So by Viewboard on user ease and Widuri Admin Widuri know the process automatically.

ABSTRAK
Seiring perkembangan zaman dan teknologi pada Perguruan Tinggi saat ini sangatlah cepat berkembang. Peranan modal intelektual menjadi sangat penting dan strategis dalam pengelolaan artikel untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Sehingga dalam menghasilkan suatu sistem yang semestinya dikonsumsi oleh umum harus memberi gagasan yang bermanfaat, hal ini menjadi elemen penting dalam Perguruan Tinggi yang difungsikan untuk membantu manajerial mengelola modal intelektual dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan performa sistem untuk mendukung pengguna sistem kearah yang lebih kompetitif melalui sistem perencanaan, pengukuran dan meningkatkan kinerja berbasis modal intelektual. Salah satu implementasi sistem Viewboard dalam Perguruan Tinggi Raharja ialah website Widuri. Penggunaan Viewboard pada Widuri berbasis Mediawiki pada teknologi informasi bertujuan untuk mendesain, mengukur, mengelola dan mengembangkan modal intelektual, antara lain berupa pengetahuan, skill dan keahlian sumber daya manusia Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Penggunaan indicator kinerja kunci Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dianalisis untuk memenuhi standar mutu Perguruan Tinggi yang kompetitif. Sehingga dengan Viewboard pada Widuri mempermudah pengguna serta Admin mengetahui proses Widuri secara otomatis.

Alhamdulillah, puji dan syukur atas kehadirat Allah SWT yang telah melimpahkan rahmat dan karunianya sehingga penulis dapat menyelesaikan Skripsi dengan judul "PERANCANGAN VIEWBOARD WIDURI MENGGUNAKAN MEDIAWIKI SEBAGAI PENUNJANG LAPORAN PERFORMA WIDURI WAYANG PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI".
Tujuan penulisan Laporan Skripsi ini adalah sebagai syarat dalam menyelesaikan program Strata Satu (S1) Jurusan Sistem Informasi pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Sebagai bahan penulisan, penulis mengambil data dengan menggunakan beberapa metode seperti penelitian (observasi), wawancara dan beberapa sumber literature yang mendukung penulisan ini.
