ABSTRAK
Perkembangan Teknologi Komputerisasi sangat menunjang untuk mencapai nilai efisiensi dibutuhkan dalam program kerja sebuah perusahaan, sarana penunjang sistem kearsipan dalam digitalisasi berbasis website yang memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas : pengiriman dan penyimpanan berkas script untuk menunjang proses shooting dalam tahapan pra-produksi khususnya kebutuhan pengiriman dan penyimpanan berkas rundown dalam menunjang pengaturan penjadwalan, menentukan segment tahap pra-produksi, pengiriman dan penyimpanan berkas form permohonan bintang tamu, pengiriman dan penyimpanan berkas permohonan penonton pada tahap pra-produksi, pengiriman dan penyimpanan pembagian hadiah pada tahap pasca produksi, penyimpanan berkas penerimaan form pembayaran bintang tamu pada tahap pasca produksi, dan penyimpanan berkas form penerimaan pembayaran host per tiga episode. Sistem kearsipan pada PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia khususnya dibagian tim kreatif yang digunakan saat ini dengan sistem menyimpan arsip dalam bentuk manual, dalam benrtuk kearsipan dengan menggunakan rak (filing cabinet). Proses kearsipan yang dilakukan saat ini terdapat beberapa kendala, diantaranya: Bentuk jumlah arsip yang selalu bertambah dan membutuhkan ruang (space) penyimpanan, menimbulkan permasalahan setiap tahunnya sehingga harus selalu membutuhkan tambahan ruangan yang terus bertambah dan semakin luas, selain itu untuk pencarian kembali dokumen yang diinginkan selalu tidak rapi dan rumit ketika diperlukan. Perlu adanya pengembangan dalam penyimpanan arsip maka dari itu penulis disini melakukan pengembangan dengan sistem komputerisasi yaitu dengan sistem penyimpanan arsip atau berkas dengan berbasis website.

The need for development in the archival storage and therefore the author here to develop the computerized system is to archive or file storage system with the web-based.
