font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%;">mekanikpendukung kamera profesional seperti <i>tripod</i>dengan head pan dan <i>tilt</i>, istilah <i>pan</i> untuk menggerakan pandangan kamerake kanan dan ke kiri, sedangkan istilah <i>tilt</i>untuk menggerakan pandangan kamera ke atas dan ke bawah. </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; BAB I
PENDAHULUAN
1.1 Latar Belakang
Kamera profesional merupakan suatu alat yang cukup efektif dalampengambilan gambar, dalam perkembangan industri televisi dan perfileman, kameraprofesional banyak menggunakan alat tambahan untuk mendukung teknik pengambilangambar, dalam hal ini teknik pengambilan gambar dibedakan menjadi dua kategoriyaitu sudut pengambilan gambar dan ukuran gambar, istilah dalam pengoprasiankamera profesional dan alat pendukungnya yaitu pan, tilt dan zoom. mekanikpendukung kamera profesional seperti tripoddengan head pan dan tilt, istilah pan untuk menggerakan pandangan kamerake kanan dan ke kiri, sedangkan istilah tiltuntuk menggerakan pandangan kamera ke atas dan ke bawah.
Pada PT. Cahaya Televisi Indonesia pengambilan gambaryang masih menggunakan tripod masih biasa. Dengan kontrol kameraman yanglangsung memegang kamera ialah teknik sederhana dalam pengoprasian kamera.
Kontroling kamera profesional dengan aplikasismartphone android menampilkan suatu hal yang berbeda dengan yang biasanyadilakukan dalam produksi pengambilan gambar.
Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu perangkat yangdapat mengendalikan kamera melalui gadgetatau smartphone yang dapat memudahkanpengontrolan kamera.
Berdasarkanpermasalahan di atas, maka penulis mengambil judul “PENGENDALI KAMERA PROFESIONAL DENGAN SMARTPHONE BERBASIS ATMEGA 328PPADA PT CAHAYA TELEVISI INDONESIA”
1.2 Rumusan Masalah
Darilatar belakang di atas maka dapat disimpulkan permasalahan sebagai berikut:
1. Apakah aplikasi smartphone android bisa menggerakan kamera?
2. Apakah alat kontrol kamera professional dapat dikontol jarak jauh?
3. Bagaimana komunikasi antara aplikasiberbasis smartphone android dengankamera yang menjadi objek pengendalian?
1.3 Ruang Lingkup
Ruang lingkup yangakan di bahas dalam skripsi ini adalah pengendali kamera profesional dengansmartphone berbasis atmega 328p pada PT Cahaya Televisi Indonesia. Sebagaiinput menggunakan smartphone android untuk melakukanintruksi pergerakan kamera. Sebagai proses motor dc dapat menggerakan kamera kekanan, ke kiri, ke bawah dan ke atas. Maka outputyang dihasilkan sudut pandang kamera dapat bergeser ke kanan, ke kiri, ke atasdan ke bawah secara berkala.
1.4 Tujuan dan Manfaat Penelitian

1.5 Metode Penelitian
1.5.1 MetodePengumpulan Data
a. Observasi(Observation)
Dalam metode ini penulis melakukanobservasi terhadap toren yang berada di PT. Cahaya Televisi Indonesia agarpenulis mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan.
b. Wawancara(Interview)
Selain observasi penulis juga melakukan wawancarakepada staf teknis multimedia dan kameramen untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dalampembuatan kontroling kamera profesional dengan smartphone android berbasisarduino
c. StudiKepustakaan
Selain melakukan observasi danwawancara penulis juga melakukan studi kepustakaan, browsing internet, jurnal, dan artikel dengan cara pengumpulandata, dalam hal ini penulis berusaha melengkapi data-data yang diperoleh dengancara mencari artikel sebagai referensi yang berhubungan dengan pembuatanprototipe pengendali pintudan jendela mobil.

Dalam metode ini peneliti menganalisa teoridari data-data yang diperoleh sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yangbermanfaat dalam penelitian.

Metode analisa perancangan program padapenelitian skripsi ini penulis menggunakan Bagan Alir Program (Flowchart Program). Hal tersebut dikarenakanpenulis membuat interface denganmenggunakan Basic4Android.

Dalam melakukan perancangan penulis menggunakanmetode Sistem Flowchartdimanatahap demi tahap proses pembuatanprototipe pengendali pintudan jendela mobil dijabarkan dengantujuan.

Prototipe yang digunakan dalampenulisan skripsi ini adalah pendekatan evolutionary,dimana penulis melakukan pengembangan terhadap motor DC agar dapat melakukangerak secara otomatis.

Dalam metode pengujian ini penulis melakukan ujicoba dengan metode Black Box terhadapprototipe yang telah dibuat agar diketahui apakah prototipe sudah berjalansesuai ketentuan.

Berisikantentang teori umum yang terdiri dari konsep dasar prototipe, konsep dasar flowchart dan konsep dasar black box, serta konsep dasar motor DC, konsep bluetooth, konsep androidsmartphone, konsep dasar tahanan (resistor),konsep dasar PCB, konsep dasar elisitasidan literature review.
BAB III ANALISA SISTEM DAN PERANCANGAN
Berisikantentang, system eksisting,permasalahan, alternatif pemecahan masalah yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan user dan perancangan prototipe.
BAB IV RANCANGAN SISTEM YANGDIUSULKAN
Dalam bab ini penulismenguraikan sistem yang akan diusulkanseperti usulan prosedur yang baru, diagram rancangan sistem, rancangan basisdata yang terdiri dari normalisasi dan spesifikasi basis data. Flowchart sistem yang diusulkan,rancangan prototipe, konfigurasi sistem, testing,evaluasi, schedulle implementasi, dan estimasi biaya.
