<p><i>In the current era, information systems can no longer be separated from a person's daily life, both in daily activities and in doing work. Therefore, in order not to hinder the work of a company/institution, the use of computers is needed in monitoring employee attendance so that the data obtained is more precise and accurate. The attendance information system at the Karet Village Office still uses manual attendance by recording in the ledger, and has not used a computerized application in processing attendance data. So it takes a long time and less secure storage due to unsupported technology. From these shortcomings, the employee attendance system at the Karet Village Office must be developed as well as possible so that it can help employees perform attendance, data processing, reporting the desired will be more effective and efficient and the stored data will be more secure. The analytical model used in this study is the PIECES (performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, service) analysis model in which there are performance, information, economy, security, efficiency, and services that occur in the process of employee attendance at the Karet Village Office Kecamatan Sepatan Tangerang. The results achieved are to facilitate the process of employee attendance and make it easier for the TU section to input the results of employee attendance. The conclusion with this employee attendance system is that it makes it easier for employees to do attendance. </i></p>

ABSTRAK

Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan sebagai unsur pertama dalam pelayanan publik khususnya pada BAPENDA Kota Tangerang Selatan telah melakukan terobosan dalam hal melakukan pembayaran retribusi. Namun pelayanan pembayaran retribusi yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapat kekurangan seperti: adanya praktek calo, sering hilangnya berkas-berkas retribusi, hingga tarif retribusi yang tidak sesuai ketentuan. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengusulkan untuk membuat sebuah penelitian dengan judul “Prototipe Pembayaran Retribusi Online Terintegrasi Dengan BJB”. Peneliti menggunakan motode observasi, wawancaran dan study pustakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, analisa SWOT digunakan sebagai metode analisa sistem yang berjalan, UML ( Unified Modelling Language ) digunakan untuk metode perancangan aplikasi dan black box testing digunakan untuk proses pengujian aplikasi. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi pembayaran retribusi di BAPENDA Kota Tangerang Selatan.

The South Tangerang City Government as the first party in public services, especially in the South Tangerang City BAPENDA, has made a breakthrough in paying user fees. However, the current retribution payment service still has shortcomings, such as: the practice of brokers, often retribution files, and retribution rates that do not comply with the provisions. Therefore, the researcher proposes to make a study with the title "Prototype of Integrated Online Retribution Payment with BJB".
