To prevent the error persists required high accuracy. Utilizing theconcept of Data Mining authors designed the absentee application . The authoruses the waterfall methodology with 6 (six) phases including requirementsanalysis, system design, coding, evaluation, implementation and maintenance ofthe system. With the Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) is used in modeling thesystem as well as presenting data about system requirements expected the newsystem can overcome the existing problems so as to maximize the functionalityof the system to be more efficient in processing time, is more effective in theuse of data, and the accuracy in the making report ."</p></div>
