In this era of intense competition, realizing that Human Resources is the main model in a business, the quality of the workforce must be developed properly. Therefore, the Job Training (KKP) is the most appropriate means to know and practice directly how the process of working in a directed and professional manner. Job Training is an activity process that combines theory and practice. Job Training Lectures aim to gain factual experience in the field as a vehicle for the formation of professional personnel. This Job Training was held at PT Suara Tunggal Angkasa Raya (Star Radio). Star Radio is one of the radio stations in Tangerang, this radio star is not only an exercise in developing information content through social media, but also to spread information through frequencies. In carrying out this Job Training in the Graphic Designer section, with a job desk, among others, designing and creating Instagram feed content and Instagram stories in the afternoon program "Sore Sore Bareng Mulky" then uploading them to Instagram @staradiotangerang, for approximately 3 months, starting from 27 July 2020 to 30 October 2020. This Job Training is to add insight, skills and knowledge through internships obtained directly from Star Radio in order to know the real world of work activities and improve self-discipline.''</p></div>

ABSTRAKSI

Media massa saat ini menjadikan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari aktivitas kita. Setiap hari kita memanfaatkan media massa untuk mendapatkan informasi. Ketatnya persaingan antar lembaga media massa saat ini membuat mereka sulit menjalankan fungsi media massa dengan baik. Kuliah Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan di TangerangNews merupakan perusahaan yang membidangi media massa online yang menyajikan informasi berita yang berfokus pada pembaca berkedudukan di Kota Tangerang, Kabupaten Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan maupun yang tinggal di luar negeri. Dalam melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Praktek ini pada bagian Jurnalistik TangerangNews dengan Jobdesk membuat script berita, peliputan dan lain-lain selama kurang lebih 1 setengah bulan, dimulai dari tanggal 14 Juli 2020 sampai 23 Agustus 2020. Manfaat dari Kuliah Kerja Praktek ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan ataupun kreatifitas dalam ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama Kuliah Kerja Praktek berlangsung dan mendapatkan pengalaman dalam dunia kerja yang sangat berguna untuk di kemudian hari serta meningkatkan kedisiplinan mahasiswa dalam Kuliah Kerja Praktek.
