Summary

Dr. Hoga Saragih, ST, MT. was born in Bandung, Indonesia on the 15st of August 1976. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Christian Krida Wacana University in 1998. He completed his Master of Electrical Telecommunication Engineering from the Department of Electrical a Engineering, University of Indonesia, in 2001. He completed his PhD of Electrical Telecommunication Engineering from the Department of Electrical a Engineering, University of Indonesia, in 2008. His research interest is in the area of mobile communication, with special emphasis on ALOHA, CDMA, CDMA ALOHA.
