ABSTRAK
PT. Sinar Vinito Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak untuk menyelesaikan proyek kontruksi ataupun mechanical & electrical lainnya. Pada pelaksanannya, pengurusan cuti masih berjalan secara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi secara terpusat. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Cuti Karyawan diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kekurangan-kekurangan sistem yang dilakukan secara manual dan mempermudah para karyawan melakukan proses cuti dan HRD melakukan proses pengolahan datanya, serta mendapatkan informasi yang berhubungan dengan cuti secara lengkap dan terperinci. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti ini meliputi dua bagian utama, yaitu metode analisis dan metode perancangan analisia PIECES. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan adalah metode perancangan berbasis object oriented, pembuatan UML. Hasil yang di capai adalah memudahkan karyawan melakukan proses cuti dan HRD dalam pengolahan data cutinya. Kesimpulannya, dengan adanya pengajuan sistem pengolahan data cuti karyawan ini akan mempermudah karyawan dalam melakukan proses cuti dan apapun yang berhubungan dengan cuti

ABSTRACT
PT. Sinar Vinito Jaya is a company engaged in completing construction or other mechanical & electrical projects. In the implementation, the leave management is still running manually and has not been computerized centrally. It is hoped that the design of the Information System for Employee Leave Submission is expected to minimize the deficiencies of the manual system and make it easier for employees to carry out the leave process and HRD to process the data, as well as to get complete and detailed information related to leave. The method used by this researcher includes two main parts, namely the analytical method and the PIECES analysis design method. The method used in the design is object oriented design method, making UML. The results achieved are making it easier for employees to process leave and HRD in processing their leave data. In conclusion, the application of this employee leave data processing system will make it easier for employees to carry out the leave process and anything related to leave..
