ABSTRAKSI

Kantor Kecamatan Periuk Kota Tangerang adalah salah satu lembaga kemasyarakatan yang ada di Kota Tangerang. Memiliki Tugas menjadi jajaran terdepan instansi pemberi pelayanan publik (public service) diantaranya dalam hal pengurusan kepentingan administrasu kependudukan. Survey kepuasan masyarakat yang diadakan 1 tahun sekali yaitu pada pertengahan tahun diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi pelayanan masyarakat agar dapat menjadi lebih baik lagi pada Kantor Kecamatan Periuk. Survey yang dilakukan masih manual dengan membagikan 100 lembar kertas kuisioner kepada masyarakat yang telah selesai dilayani sehingga dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Perlu adanya aplikasi atau sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk mempermudah proses berjalanya survey kepuasan masyarakat pada Kecamatan Periuk.

ABSTRACT

Many leading companies are disappointed with the lack of employee performance. Therefore, the analysis of the information system of performance appraisal of employees in a company is important, and should be arranged neatly and systematically. The research objective is to determine the analysis of employee performance evaluation information system is running in PT.Argo Manunggal Triasta and design information systems that a new employee performance evaluation, more quickly, accurately and neatly. The method used is a method of gathering data, and analysis methods. Methods of data collection is done by conducting direct observation in the company, documentation by studying existing documents, research the issue, interviews with stakeholders in the company and literature of several previous studies. Methods of system analysis using UML (Unified Modeling Language). By stage of these methods the authors found problems in the information system of performance appraisal is running and find the best solution for the company. As for the benefits the results of this research is to assist companies in building analysis of employee performance appraisal information system more effective and efficient. to the conclusions of this study is the application of information systems analysis applications new performance appraisal at the company, making the process of archiving data performance appraisal in a neat and reporting the performance appraisal be fast, timely and more informative.
