| − | + | PT Federal Internasional ‘’Finance’’ (FIFGROUP) didirikan dengan nama Mitrapusaka Artha ‘’Finance’’ pada bulan mei 1989. Berdasarkan ijin usaha yang diperoleh dari Menteri Keuangan, maka perseroan bergerak dalam bidang sewa guna usaha, anjak piutang dan pembiayaan konsumen. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam claim uang lembur antara karyawan tetap maupun karyawan kontrak (PKWT) adalah untuk mengajukan ‘’claim’’ tersebut karyawan kontrak perlu mengisi ‘’form claim’’ dan selanjutnya diserahkan kepada bagian HRD untuk mendapatkan ‘’claim’’ tersebut. Dengan menggunakan ‘’form’’ untuk mendapatkan ‘’claim’’ lembur maka karyawan tersebut perlu menyerahkan’’ form’’ kepada HRD dan bagian HRD pun mendapatkan permasalahan dengan menggunakan ‘’form’’ tersebut maka berkas akan tertumpuk dan tercampur dengan berkas’’ form’’ lainnya sehingga berkas tersebut rawan untuk hilang ataupun tercampur dengan pemberkasan lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yang akan digunakan bagi karyawan PWKT PKWT dalam ‘’claim’’ lembur pada PT. FIFGROUP Cabang Tangerang. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah agar memudahkan bagi karyawan PWKT dalam mengajukan proses ‘’claim’’ lembur pada PT. FIFGROUP Cabang Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Dengan peneliti menggunakan analisis sistem yaitu PIECES. Analisis PIECES memiliki 6 (enam) indikator yang terdiri dari (‘’Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency dan Service’’). Rancangan sistem tersebut menggunakan ‘’software’’ penunjang perancangan sistem yaitu PHP, MySQL dan XAMMP. Dengan merancang sistem berbasis website maka solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ‘’claim’’ lembur pada PT. The method of data collection in this study used the observation method, interview method and literature study method. The researchers used system analysis, namely PIECES. The system design uses software supporting system design, namely PHP, MySQL and XAMMP. By designing a website-based system, the solution to solve the problem of overtime claims at PT. ABSTRAK
PT Federal Internasional ‘’Finance’’ (FIFGROUP) didirikan dengan nama Mitrapusaka Artha ‘’Finance’’ pada bulan mei 1989. Berdasarkan ijin usaha yang diperoleh dari Menteri Keuangan, maka perseroan bergerak dalam bidang sewa guna usaha, anjak piutang dan pembiayaan konsumen.
