''The Bookkeeping System is a book governance that can be accounted for thoroughly and integratedly that includes the distribution, provision, supervision, and development of electronic books. Based on this understanding, regulations are needed to strengthen the bookkeeping system. Based on Law No. 3 of 2017 concerning Bookkeeping System which is used as a reference in developing an electronic book management based also on Government Regulation no. 75 of 2019 related to The Implementation Regulation of Law No. 3 of 2017. The legal basis is based on plagiarism that can not be avoided between publishers in the form of similar content and material in a book. With a crucial legal umbrella, this Law also strengthens the role of bookkeeper actors, ranging from authors, translators, editors, printers, electronic book developers to prevent plagiarism. This became the basis of the creation of an innovation of e-commerce gamification platform that utilizes revolutionary technology from blockchain. Pandawan's innovation products are specially designed by looking at the problems faced, in the form of an e-commerce gamification-based platform that makes it easy for book publishers in an eBook service to realize e-book management by adopting revolutionary blockchain quality technology and ensuring the authenticity of electronic books. The benefits of Pandawan as an innovation of e-commerce platform, can facilitate book publishers in realizing safe e-book management and can encourage the development of modern education, becoming more value in prototypes that will be developed through CPPBT PT program. Pandawan already has partners namely Big Indonesia, Ngampooz, APTISI, APTIKOM, and ADI. To realize innovation products based on e-commerce gamification platform required several methods such as Mind Mapping Analysis, Prototype, Testing, BMC (Business Model Canvas). The output of pandawan targeted activities is as a forum in realizing the management of electronic books that can be trusted by book publishers and institutions or educational institutions and can obtain Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) in the form of Copyright.

''This study aims to determine the recording and collection of invoices at hotels. PT. Anugrah Makmurjaya Gemilang in carrying out cooperation transactions between the company and the client uses a credit system in accordance with mutual agreement so that accounts receivable arise. However, in the process of recording and billing, PT. Anugrah Makmurjaya Gemilang still applies a manual system, resulting in problems such as difficulty in sorting data and also recording errors. So the authors made a web-based invoice billing information system. Making this information system the author uses the SWOT analysis method used to evaluate the system created. For the depiction of the flow, it is described using UML (Unified Modeling Language). System testing is carried out using black box testing to test the system that is made to run properly as expected. This research produces a web-based hotel invoice billing information system, it is hoped that there will be no billing input errors and also facilitate data sorting.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencatatan dan penagihan invoice pada hotel yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Anugrah Makmurjaya Gemilang. Dalam pelaksanaannya PT. Anugrah Makmurjaya Gemilang melakukan transaksi kerjasama antara perusahaan dengan client menggunakan sistem kredit sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama sehingga timbulah piutang. Namun dalam proses pencatatan dan penagihan, PT. Anugrah Makmurjaya Gemilang masih menerapkan sistem manual sehingga timbul masalah seperti kesulitan untuk untuk sortir data dan juga terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan. Maka penulis membuat sistem informasi penagihan invoice berbasis web. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis SWOT yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem yang dibuat. Untuk penggambaran alurnya, digambarkan dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Uji coba sistem dilakukan menggunakan black box testing untuk menguji sistem yang dibuat bisa berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penagihan invoice hotel berbasis web agar tidak ada kesalahan penginputan penagihan dan juga memudahkan penyortiran data.
