ABSTRAK
Peran penting teknologi informasi di tengah pandemi Covid-19, berdasarkan rekapitulasi data makroekonomi terkini, sektor teknologi informasi tumbuh 9,81 persen atau hampir dua digit. Ada isu konkret dibalik penelitian ini dimana pandemi berdampak langsung pada sektor pendidikan. Berdasarkan penilaian Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Makarim, kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan teknologi akan menjadi sangat krusial. Jurnal ilmiah merupakan salah satu pola penyampaian informasi ilmiah yang lebih mudah untuk disampaikan. Maka pentingnya peran reputasi pada platform Open Journal System (OJS) sebagai salah satu pertimbangan bagi penulis untuk berkunjung dan mempercayakan karyanya. Jurnal terakreditasi diperlukan untuk mendukung para ilmuwan di Indonesia bersaing di tingkat internasional. Pelaksanaan akreditasi jurnal ini menggunakan metode Indicator Measurement Factor Analysis (IMF) agar dapat menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal dalam akreditasi jurnal di ARJUNA. Penelitian ini merupakan model yang dapat diimplementasikan sebagai pengembangan teknologi informasi yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan hasil dalam akreditasi jurnal. Pemanfaatan dan penggunaan metode yang diusulkan ini diharapkan mampu berkolaborasi dalam bidang teknologi informasi sejenis sehingga menjadi sebuah aplikasi yang dapat langsung diimplementasikan di pengelola jurnal atau PIC jurnal. Dalam mendukung program Ristekdikti hibah PDUPT, peran Alphabet Incubator (AI) sebagai inkubasi yang mencakup pengembangan produk inovasi teknologi yang sudah masuk dalam kategori prototype dan fase pra komersial (tested) hingga siap hilirisasi dan komersial (produksi massal). Utilitas Penerbit APTISI sebagai platform publikasi ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kualitas publikasi jurnal ilmiah, selain menjadi nilai tambah dalam prototipe yang dikembangkan melalui program PDUPT ini. Keluaran dari penelitian ini adalah Jurnal ATM terakreditasi SINTA 2 dan diakui oleh banyak institusi.

ABSTRACT
The important role of information technology in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, based on the recapitulation of the latest macroeconomic data, the information technology sector grew 9.81 percent or nearly double digits. There is a concrete issue behind this research where the pandemic has a direct impact on the education sector. Based on the assessment of the Ministry of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim, teaching and learning activities using technology will be very crucial. Scientific journals are one of the patterns of delivering scientific information that is easier to convey. So the importance of the role of reputation on an Open Journal System (OJS) platform as one of the considerations for authors to visit and entrust their work. An accredited journal is needed to support scientists in Indonesia in competing at the international level. The implementation of this journal accreditation uses the Indicator Measurement Factor Analysis (IMF) method in order to be able to produce maximum results in accrediting journals at ARJUNA. This research is a model that can be implemented as an information technology development that aims to maximize results in accrediting journals. Utilization and use of the proposed method is expected to be able to collaborate in the field of similar information technology so that it becomes an application that can be directly implemented in the journal manager or journal's PIC. In supporting the PDUPT grant Ristekdikti program, the role of the Alphabet Incubator (AI) as an incubation that covers the development of technological innovation products that are already included in the prototype category and pre-commercial phase (tested) to be ready for downstream and commercial (mass production). The APTISI Publisher utility as a scientific publication platform can improve the quality of scientific journal publications, in addition to being an added value in the prototype developed through this PDUPT program. The output of this research is that ATM Journal is SINTA 2 accredited and recognized by many institutions
