ABSTRAK

Penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat dijadikan suatu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Teknologi informasi dapat digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik (dosen). Wadah yang berperan penting dalam untuk melakukan koordinasi, meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian bagi dosen yaitu Lembaga Penelitian Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM), pada Universitas Raharja belum adanya sebuah wadah sistem yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan informasi dan penginputan data oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengelola data-data hasil penelitian dan juga mempermudah LPPM dalam melakukan pemantauan kinerja dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data (wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka), Pieces, Flowchart, UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram. Selanjutnya pengujian sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan black box testing. Adapun bahasa yang digunakan yaitu PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, dengan dirancangnya sistem ini tersedia dashboard yang informatif berisi form input untuk memudahkan dosen untuk menginput data penelitiannya pada sistem LENS dan LPPM mudah untuk mendapatkan data penelitian dosen dengan cepat dan mudah.
