ABSTRAK
PT. Nusa Abadi Elektrika merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri mekanikal dan elektrikal dalam penyedia barang dan jasa khususnya pada instalasi tenaga menengah dan tinggi. Pada perusahaan ini proses pengelolaan data yang dilakukan masih bersifat semi komputer, pada selembar kertas kemudian disalin oleh petugas kedalam komputer dengan aplikasi microsoft excel. Setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh teknisi dalam menggunakan material terdapat material yang tidak dipakai habis ataupun material bekas pakai. Material tersebut selanjutnya dikembalikan ke gudang untuk dilakukan pencatatan sebagai laporan yang kemudian dilakukan proses pemanfaatan dan akan dilakukan pemilihan kelayakan dari material tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan usulan terhadap material bekas pakai atau sisa pakai di gudang untuk dilakukan pemanfaatan dengan menerapkan metode Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes merupakan salah satu teknik data mining dengan fungsi klasifikasi. Metodologi penerapan data mining ini menggunakan tahapan Discovery Knowledge of Databases (KDD) dimulai dari tahap selecting, preprocessing, transformation, data mining dan evaluation. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) serta teknik pengujian yang dilakukan untuk validasi data menggunakan teknik K-Fold Cross Validation yang disertai dengan Confusion Matrix. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dan telah dilakukan pengujian dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 73,33%.

ABSTRACT
PT. Nusa Abadi Elektrika is a company engaged in the mechanical and electrical industry in the supply of goods and services, especially in medium and high power installations. In this company, the data management process that is carried out is still a semi computer, on a piece of paper and then copied by the officer into the computer with Microsoft Excel application. Every work done by a technician in using material includes material that is not used up or used material. The material is then returned to the warehouse to be recorded as a report which is then carried out the process of utilization and will be made a selection of the feasibility of the material. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can assist in providing suggestions for used or left over materials in the warehouse for use by applying the Naïve Bayes method. Naïve Bayes is a data mining technique with classification functions. This data mining application methodology uses the stages of Discovery Knowledge of Databases (KDD) starting from the selecting, preprocessing, transformation, data mining and evaluation stages. The method used to design the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as testing techniques performed for data validation using the k-fold cross validation technique accompanied by Confusion Matrix. This research has resulted in a decision support system application and has been tested with an accuracy of 73.33%.
